Finance Administrator Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of finance and administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts receivables and payables and payroll management.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
; Requirements:
Responsibilities: Daily bookkeeping, including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Manage accounts receivables and payables functions, ensuring timely payments and accurate records. Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary payments to employees. Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices/receipts/payment vouchers, generating reports and statements, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and maintaining organised financial records. Liaise with clients regarding payment matters, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies. Monitor and handle staff claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, tax agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualification:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Positive work attitude, with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Accounting Software.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
