Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Input and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of entered data.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Help coordinate internal and external events, workshops, or seminars.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and grammar.
  • Help maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder items as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with maintaining a wellorganized office environment.
  • Provide support on various departmental projects as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct research on specific topics as required, compiling information into organized reports.
  • Assist in gathering data for decisionmaking purposes.
  • Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Assist with any other tasks as required to support the efficient functioning of the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiar with Google Workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Reliable and punctual.
