This established food manufacturing MNC based in KL is expanding their team and is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to focus on the international export and import of the products.
This role will be doing the day to day order processing, customer enquiries, tracking and logistics issue resolution between a few SEA countries.
Looking for someone with proficient English in speaking and writing but will be an added asset with either Mandarin or Korean languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders and coordinate logistics which includes the tender orders to designated freight forwarders
- Communicating with internal and external teams to implement the customer order requirements for deliveries and to ensure customer satisfaction on all levels
- This role will be the primary point of contact for all internal and external customers, 3PL and logistics providers and sales team
- Will need to have detailed knowledge of all the territories, knowledge of customs and regulations in different countries and if special documentation is required
Skills & Experience Required:
- Must be holding a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a serviceoriented role preferably within the supply chain space
- Must come from a FMCG or F&B Manufacturing background
- Must be proficient within Microsoft office and experience with SAP Order to Cash systems are an added advantage
- Would be an added advantage if can speak Mandarin or Korean
