What will you do?
- Maintain customer accounts and record account information.
- Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preference.
- Follow communication guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Upgrade and cancel customer accounts by customer request.
- Handle customer complaints and provide alternatives and solutions to ensure resolution of complaints.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases or service.
- Assist customers in placing orders, fulfilling refunds and handling exchanges.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree (SPM holders must have experience in customer service)
- Immediate starters and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Type:
Permanent
Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
