  • Conduct monthly reconciliations between the general ledger and subledgers, supported by independent documentation.
  • Take charge of and oversee the closing process to meet ELC deadlines, ensuring timely, comprehensive, and accurate monthly reporting.
  • Evaluate bank reconciliations and manage overall working capital.
  • Scrutinize compliance across subsidiary tax areas, ensuring accurate preparation and payment of property, payroll, sales, and use tax filings.
  • Preserve assets and ensure precise and prompt recording of all transactions by implementing internal audit, control, and check processes throughout all departments.
  • Perform general accounting bookkeeping tasks.
  • Collaborate with the New Business Finance VP to implement ELC procedures and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support primarily to the CFO, as well as to the Finance team as a whole.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated capacity to exercise prudent judgment and proactively take initiative.
  • Proficient in prioritization and multitasking, with a knack for building robust relationships across individuals and departments to meet objectives.
  • Valuing confidentiality and being adept at handling sensitive information is essential.
  • Confident in interfacing with executivelevel contacts both within and outside the organization.
  • Skilled in prioritization and multitasking, fostering strong relationships across teams to accomplish objectives.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree In Accounting & Finance.
Salary range is RM5k

Pay:
RM1, RM5,046.85 per month
