Duties & Responsibilities:
Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
- Communicating with thirdparty services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefitrelated issues.
- Supporting the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities.
- Developing profitsharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
- Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
- Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
Requirement:
1) Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
2) At least 5 years of experience as a compensation and benefits roles or payroll specialist
3) Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
4) Proficiency in MS Skills.
5) Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
6) Excellent communication and organizational skills.
7) Strong people and project management skills.
8) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
