Responsible to oversee currency exchange operations and managing all aspects of the money exchange activities for Ria-IME's stores and agents, ensuring compliance with Ria-IME's and regulatory requirements, and delivering excellent customer service.


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in money exchange operations, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Indepth knowledge of local currency exchange regulations.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, Reports and excels
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle highvolume transactions accurately.
  • Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Multilingual skills and knowledge of different currencies are advantageous.

  • Manage daytoday operations of the money exchange, including reviewing and updating daily currency exchange rates, Currency Sourcing, Disposal,, and transaction processing.
  • Monitor currency exchange rates and adjust accordingly to optimize profitability.
  • Train and supervise a team of money exchange personnel, including the retail currency exchange employees at stores and agents' locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer (vendor and corporate) information, and inventory.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Retail Operation Team to Implement and enforce effective security measures to safeguard cash and prevent fraud or theft.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions (Banks/Wholesalers) and vendors to manage cash supply and maintain adequate currency stock.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions related to money exchange.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
