  • Oversee full spectrum of HR function and strategy including payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, employee welfare and training management.
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
  • Regularly review manpower planning requirements with business lead to ensure the business is adequately resourced to the business plan.
  • Conducting orientations and employee relations counselling.
  • Ensure all employees' strictly adherence to the company employment terms and conditions, rules, policies and practices.
  • Provide guidance to the team members in running the daytoday HR functions.
  • Understand organisational and individual challenges, help the senior leaders to define the problem and identify root cause of the people related issues.
  • Manage and oversee day to day general office administration and upkeep of office and assets.
  • Perform any adhoc duties as required by management.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 45 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development and etc.
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Payroll/ HR software, HRMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving and decisionmaking aptitude, strong ethics, and reliability.

Salary:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
