  • Dealing with customer complaints and comments.
  • Develop alternative revenue streams to maximize sales by initiating new ideas for product development and identify new business opportunities.
  • Any other matters relating to hotel sales and marketing.
  • Is accountable to the Board of Directors in the overall running of the hotel by participating in the decision making related to hotel policy, philosophy, director, goals and objectives and by taking appropriate action for their implementation as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Hotel Industry is on advantage.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Critical observerthinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
