Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible in
    handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer's needs.

Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.

  • Channel and escalate unresolved issues or complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
  • Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity.
  • Analyzing customer profile, recommending most suitable package, actively promote latest promotions/services.
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SPM with 1 years customer service experience

Fresh Graduates (Diploma) or (Degree) are encouraged to apply

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Willing to work on
    24/7 rotation shift, 5 working days (Including weekends and Public Holiday) with 2 days off days in a week.
