- 协助实施和执行公司政策和流程,以维护安全和高效的工作环境。
人力资源:
- 支持人力资源功能,如招聘、入职和离职流程。
- 协助维护员工记录,包括出勤、休假和绩效评估。
- 协调员工的培训和发展活动。
- 协助管理员工福利和工资流程。
