Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting timely and accurate monthly account reconciliations, maintaining financial records, and preparing journal entries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations using the BlackLine tool and address open items promptly.
  • Maintain financial records in adherence to established firm policies and procedures.
  • Prepare journal entries and manage general ledger operations, including exposure to the Fixed Assets Process.
  • Understand key business drivers and address stakeholder queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to achieve Service Level Agreements and individual targets.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and adapt to non-standard situations.
  • Support the integration of new technologies and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Master's Degree in Finance is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in General Ledger process or accounting process.
  • Prior experience in SAP S4 HANA and BlackLine tools is an added advantage.
