We are in search of a highly motivated and dynamic Team Leader to oversee the operations and contribute to the growth and prosperity of Boost Juice.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a store team to establish and maintain the Boost Experience for customers and employees by overseeing operations, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the store's financial performance.
  • Manage the team, recruit suitable individuals, create schedules, and control staff expenses.
  • Ensure efficient operations following Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Handle stock, place orders, conduct inventory checks, and manage Cost of Goods.
  • Drive sales to achieve targets and explore opportunities for sales growth.
  • Monitor and meet performance KPIs.
  • Report to the Store Manager, Area Manager, and Operations Manager.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team.
  • Carry out duties professionally with a personal approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B sector.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa and English is essential.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team in a stimulating environment while driving sales.
  • Experience in retail or hospitality management with team leadership skills.
  • Attentive to details, capable of running a highly efficient retail store.
  • Reliable, sincere, energetic, punctual, and collaborative.
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor/Manager in Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service is preferred.
