**About this role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Business Support Team Leader based in Malaysia to join our Australasian Business Support Leadership Group. As the BSTL you will have an impact across a geography and provide leadership to a defined team of administrators. You will drive consistency, continuous improvement and oversee resourcing requirements to ensure your team can provide high-quality support. You will influence key stakeholders to understand where your team can make the greatest impact and ensure the most important tasks and activities are prioritised. With access to a regional community of BSTL’s, you will collaborate with and learn from other likeminded people.

**What will I do?**
- Monitor requests and ensure they are prioritised and completed in a timely manner.
- Advocacy and point of contact for issues arising out of business support.
- Ensure adequate administrative support is provided to the Group leadership team in the geography.
- Look for opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiencies and leverage technology to improve the business support offering overall.
- Mentor, coach and empower high performance in the Team to ensure the processes are followed and upheld and the key objectives are met.

**What will I bring?**
- Significant relevant industry experience in administration. Likely to have achieved a relevant tertiary qualification in business, projects or similar.
- Experience working for a large organisation navigating complex project and team processes including working within commercial and client management systems.
- You will have worked with multiple interconnected systems and can demonstrate experience training others and finding opportunities to leverage the systems to create efficiencies across a team
- Experienced in troubleshooting or escalate system issues to relevant parties. As well as producing reports from systems, identifying, and taking action to correct errors.
- Demonstrates the ability to influence others by making a positive impact on others, facilitating collaborative outcomes and getting the best out of people
