Customer-driven Process hospitalisation, accident and outpatient claims requests received as per stipulated requirements Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.

Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements Requirements Education qualification in Biomedical, Health Science, Biology, Medicine, Nursing, Actuarial or related fields Sound knowledge of medical claims.

At least 3 years of minor claims processing experience is an advantage. Preference for proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong written skills. Good communication skill. Self-motivated and customer-driven Sound problem solving skill#LI-DNI
