Join our team as a Financial System Support Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to our project team on all aspects of finance and billing.

Job Description
  • Provide data and information related to Finance (GL/AR/AP/FA) and Billing (EBS) module to project team.
  • Maintain accounting periods for Finance (monthly) and configure document sequence numbers before starting new accounting years.
  • Assist Finance users with user request access (IT Portal) and advise on roles and access.
  • Prepare user authorization matrices for audit purposes and manage online banking administration.
  • Investigate and coordinate with consultants for issues reported by end users and ensure issues are rectified, closed, and logged in JIRA for future reference.
  • Monitor data (weekly billing data comparison between systems) and download monthly GL listing and trial balance for audit purposes.
  • Validate documentation related to Finance modules and collaborate with functional consultants in gathering requirements from end users.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a financial system support analyst.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP, preferably with certified SAP Associates financial Accounting with ERP.
  • Strong understanding of financial management software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
