Join Our Team as a B2B Sales ExecutiveAre you driven by results and passionate about sales? We're seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and represent our company.

This role offers a competitive fixed salary plus a tiered commission structure and flexible working hours.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay current with industry trends.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Create and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and build professional relationships.
Stay informed about the latest industry developments and share insights with the team.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Basic familiarity with AutoCAD drafting software and architectural/engineering drawings (preferred but not essential)
