    Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the industrial sales team to achieve sales goals by implementing performance targets, value-selling techniques, and action plans.Effectively communicate the company's vision and value proposition to customers and vendors, enhancing the brand's reputation.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to align with their business goals and market focus.Assess current sales activities to identify strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with current and future growth objectives.Stay informed on technological changes, market trends, and competitive pricing, playing a key role in identifying and developing new products for the market.Establish annual goals, hire and train new associates, and focus on continuous improvement through coaching and performance evaluation.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or an Engineering discipline such as Chemistry or Instrumentation. An MBA is a plus.A minimum of 15 years in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.Proven track record of success in the water industry, with a strong focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective issue resolution.In-depth understanding of water analysis technologies, environmental regulations, and industry trends.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
