Job Purpose

Contribute to AXA IMa Security, in the Operational Resilience field, by participating to, the design of the frameworks, maintaining the operational resilience strategies and solutions, the animation of the correspondents' network, the governance, in order to answer AXA IMa clients' expectations, AXA Group ambition and comply with Regulations.

The Operational Resilience Officer is a key pilar of AXA IMa Security Strategy. He has the full accountability of identifying and evaluating risks in the Operational Resilience. He is a key interlocutor for businesses, analyses market trend, and, anticipates regulatory upcoming changes. He ensures strong collaboration (not limited to) with IT, Internal Audit, Senior Management, Risk Management, HR and Legal.

The objective of Operational Resilience is to protect our people, customers, and brand by sustaining critical customer services at acceptable levels while responding to expected and unexpected disruptions and adapting to changes in our operating environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains / updates Operational Resilience strategies in line with Group Security Instructions for Operational Resilience.
  • Participates to BCP strategies and solutions, including BCM Strategy.
  • Maintains procedures to operate critical business processes.
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis Campaigns, Risk Assessments.
  • Reviews of gap analysis, proposes and implements solutions to close gaps with Business requirements.
  • Participates to IT Services Continuity strategies and solutions, including IT Continuity Plans.
  • Coordinates incident and crisis management.
  • Communication to local crisis committee of any incident that would impact business continuity.
  • Provides support in the case of a threat, alert or crisis.
  • Contributes to business continuity management governance
  • Evaluates, improves, reports Entity maturity level.
  • Is a Business continuity expert, attending the third-party control committee.
  • Conducts Business continuity third-party assessments and related report.
  • Ensures Compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Maintains Documentation related to BCM activities (BCP, BIA, Risk assessment).
  • Organizes/participates the test program in coordination with the ITSCM officer.
  • Reports and Consolidates KPI & action plan
  • Performs Level 2 controls.
Your Profile

Profile and Qualifications

Education -

  • Master, Engineer degree or equivalent.

Experience -

  • Experience (3-5 years or more) in Asset Management/banking, financial services industry, either in Risks, Project Management or Business Continuity Activities.

Knowledge and Skills -

  • Communication skills, both written and spoken, capacity to syndicate.
  • Project management skills.
  • Knowledge in Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
  • Knowledge in Asset Management (processes, products, etc).
  • Knowledge in Information Technology (infrastructure, architecture, data management).
  • Fluent in English.
