Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Analyst with a strong background in the automotive finance domain to support the implementation of Retail of The Future (ROTF) for Japan and Korea.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with market stakeholders, including operations, accounting, sales, and marketing professionals, to gather and document business requirements.
  • Technical Specifications Development: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including user stories and functional requirements documents.
  • IT Solution Implementation: Work closely with application teams, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure that IT solutions meet the needs of ROTF requirements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Define the scope of testing within the context of each release delivery, prepare a test plan, and manage various testing activities, such as SIT, UAT, regression testing, performance testing, and penetration testing.
  • Project Delivery and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of IT solutions in accordance with project timelines and objectives.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact delivery or project timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT business/technical analysis or equivalent areas.
  • Project management experience.
  • Superior experience with modern project management tools (e.g., Confluence/Jira) and MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience with agile working methodologies (i.e., Scrum, SAFe) is critical.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors, and senior management.
