Business Development Manager

We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong passion for renewable energy to facilitate short and long-term revenue growth by establishing strategic partnerships in the industrial, commercial, and residential markets in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and expand the referral program.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Track and analyze the performance of business development programs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Optimize programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Manage key partnership action plans and identify new potential partners to grow the business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitch materials to showcase the value proposition to potential partners.
  • Manage executive-level key contacts with potential partners, including CEO/COO level meetings.
  • Develop strategies and business plans with partners to drive user growth and revenue.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and market trends in the solar industry.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and establish connections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales records and experience in the related field.
  • High proficiency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team with limited direct supervision and effective task management.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely to the management team.
  • Continued professional development to stay current with changing technology.
  • Eye for detail and identifying problems.
  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
  • Understanding of SOLS 24/7 values, principles, and objectives and demonstrated ability to put them into practice in the workplace.
  • Proven ability in the areas of organization skills, conflict resolution, advocacy, and group facilitation.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
