This role involves leading projects, monitoring performance, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies.

Job Description

Lead operation improvement projects, handle testing and implementation, and report on operations performance.

  • Assist Unit Head/Department Head on operation improvement projects
  • Report on operations performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Coordinate DPR, IMS, and BNM guidelines for Customer Care HQ and Regional compliance
  • Conduct training for new and existing customer care officers
  • Conduct call monitoring and compilation for Customer Care HQ & Regional
  • Monitor new officers' work progress and provide feedback
  • Review work procedures periodically and update accordingly
  • Identify operation constraints and possible action plans
  • Ensure operations comply with internal policies and guidelines as well as BNM requirements
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline
  • Well-versed in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Technical knowledge in Contact Centre an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
