Job Description:
Our Legal Administrator is essential to the smooth management and distribution of information, tasks, and instructions throughout our organization. This role supports our legal operations within the intellectual property field, ensuring effective coordination across departments and external entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:
Assist in coordinating case files and projects with relevant statutory bodies.
Help execute instructions from clients and strategies from advisors.

Liaison and Compliance:
Support liaison activities with intellectual property offices, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and procedures.
Help manage, store, and secure documents and files.

Accounts and Bookkeeping:
Support in maintaining and managing company accounts.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Communication:
Handle internal and external communications.
Assist in the distribution of information across departments.
Assist in various daily operations and administrative tasks.

STPM/A-Levels/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other admin software/apps.
Positive and proactive with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Committed to a long-term position with a professional and polished communication style.
Fresh Graduates encouraged.
