To support its growth plans in the region, an established Food & Beverage Group is seeking qualified candidates to join the team:

Position: Senior/Executive, Business Development

Location: Central

Responsibilities:

  • Perform store development and related support activities
  • Handle all lease matters
  • Initiate and negotiate standard and non-standard commercial contracts
  • Build and nurture relationships with business associates, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute store growth strategies
  • Research and identify new store opportunities
  • Create engaging presentations for potential clients
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services
  • Identify and mitigate business risks

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to foster relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • 5-day work week
