Whitecoat is looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a critical role in driving revenue growth.

You will work directly with the Country Manager and Regional HQ in forging partnerships with corporate clients, establishing collaborations with insurers and insurance brokers, and devising innovative strategies to expand our business footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue generation within the healthcare sector.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Direct Corporate Contracting:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, including healthcare providers, employers, and institutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for corporate clients.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and engage potential partners in the insurance industry, including insurers and insurance brokers.
  • Establish strategic partnerships to enhance 's offerings and reach within the insurance ecosystem.
  • Work closely with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Business Growth Strategies:

  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Generate innovative ideas and strategies to expand 's market presence and customer base.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement new initiatives and product enhancements.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline growth and report on these metrics
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 3 years in business development, client success, account management, change management or strategic planning.
  • Proactive, a fast learner, resourceful with a high regard for discipline and commitment to your work.
  • Comfortable with negotiating at middle and senior levels, and demonstrated competency in sales / business development
  • Selfmotivated, proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
  • Any knowledge of healthcare or insurance industry is a bonus
