About ADA Group:


As we look to expand our offerings by deploying an Electric Scooter Rental Fleet, we seek a driven Business Development Executive to spearhead this initiative.

Role Summary:


The Freelance Business Development Executive will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to expand our Electric Scooter Rental Fleet.

This entrepreneurial role is ideal for someone with a strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for sustainability.

Compensation for this freelance position will be directly tied to the success of the deployed rental fleet, offering a revenue share model based on rental income.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategic locations for electric scooter deployment, conducting market research and analysis to ensure profitable operations.
  • Forge and maintain partnerships with local businesses, municipalities, and community organizations to support and promote the rental fleet.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize rental fleet visibility and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline deployment and ensure the highest level of service quality.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for expansion or improvement.
  • Work on a freelance, projectbased basis, with the flexibility to set your schedule and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the transportation, mobility, tech rental, or startup sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a keen interest in sustainability and innovative transportation solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

What We Offer:

  • This is a commissionbased freelance role. Compensation will be a percentage of the rental income generated from the deployed electric scooter fleet, aligning your success directly with the project's profitability.
