Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions accurately.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Record customer information, interactions, and sales in the RM system.
Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product improvements.

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficient in using RM software and other sales tools.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
