Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential customers through various sources, including online research, company databases, and referrals.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our express delivery services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their express delivery requirements.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our services, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the company’s express delivery services.
- Provide accurate information to customers about pricing, delivery times, and service options.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the express delivery or logistics industry is a plus.
