General Office Support for Sales & Marketing

  • Prepare sales-related documents and maintain correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage reports
  • Communicate with customers, answer inquiries, and assist with procurement
  • Promote brand image internally and externally
  • Perform bookkeeping, sales orders, and data entry
  • Manage office inventory and materials supply
  • Be the point of contact for clients and handle inquiries
  • Maintain company filing system
  • Achieve KPI and company goals
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree qualification
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
  • Well-organized and efficient in office maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills and business administration knowledge
  • Self-initiative, hardworking, and team player
