SafeTravelPass or "STP" is approved by the government of Malaysia to facilitate inbound and outbound travellers' entry registration and payment, verifiable by the Malaysia government system TracAPM, operated by the Malaysia Civil Defence Force (Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia, "APM").

All travellers, including those who made alternative payments and quarantine hotel bookings, can register for the TracAPM QR Code at .

TracAPM and SafeTravelPass are approved by the government of Malaysia, supported by Jabatan Perdana Menteri Malaysia (JPM), Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia (APM), Agensi Pengurusan Bencana Negara (NADMA), Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN), and the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF).

The Prime Minister of Malaysia officially launched TracAPM on 24 March 2021, in conjunction with the acceptance of TracAPM by Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia (APM) as the APM digital system for all civil defence digitalisation implementation programs.

Candidate Responsibilities:
  • Lead, learn, study, implement, and report to the TracAPM Task Force under the direct supervision of the Task Force Committee.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) formed between Tri-G and Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia (APM) TracAPM representatives.
  • Participate in the process flow of customisation, development, and implementation with the Task Force technical team to produce a safe, fast, and contactless process flow management.
  • Recruit, train, and form regional crews and volunteer support teams to assist and facilitate APM members in the digitisation of process flow to achieve better safety, speed, and convenience in protecting travellers' lives and personal assets during and after national disasters, emergencies, and pandemics.
  • Facilitate government agencies and private partners' business-to-business process flow, operated by volunteers, merchants, and value-added service providers to provide better value services to end users, promoting integrity, transparency, and a non-monopoly self-sustained ecosystem for the majority of stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and register merchants and panel service providers, healthcare, and technology providers for the digitalisation of relevant services under the TracAPM digital system and SafeTravelPass platform.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, including federal and state governments, armed forces, and intelligence units to track and trace issues and hurdles, including user or stakeholder suggestions, complaints, false alarms, malicious resistance, and misrepresentation of government agencies, TracAPM, APM, Tri-G, and third-party merchants in the development and digitisation process of TracAPM for national civil defence and public good.
