Job Description Hybrid (1-2x a week) Renesas is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team on a flexible hybrid set up (1-2 times a week in office). The position is responsible for translating sales end customer demand forecast into sell-in models and proactively work with Sales, Distributors, and CSR team to ensure backlog coverage and healthy inventory. Principal Accountabilities
  1. Provide insights and serve as a key operations liaison between Renesas and our distributor partners.
  2. Proactively align with Sales Management to achieve resale targets through demand management strategies and tactics with our distribution channel.
  3. Understand the market environment and competitive landscape to recognize shifts in the market and quickly react as needed.
  4. Drive and implement Renesas's strategies for inventory positioning, fulfilment, and supply chain engagements.
  5. Comprehend market trends, customer dynamics, material/supply availability and translate this analysis into actionable intelligence.
  6. Drive a timely and accurate mix of inventory.
  7. Work closely with BU to provide market intelligence, ensure alignment and enhance understanding of Renesas distribution model and processes.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance & Accounting background are preferred.
  2. At least 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar field.
  3. Solid Knowledge of Microsoft systems.
  4. Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
  5. Effective collaboration and teaming skills.
  6. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  8. Problem solving skills and detail oriented.
  9. Able to build/sustain relationships and influence others.
