Manage After Market & Service orders and performance in the assigned territory.Ensure the service production team meets order and sales targets.Maintain records for report filing and data entry.Prepare warranty claims and maintain a safe and tidy workshop environment according to ESH & QA standards.Oversee Testing and Commissioning before the Defect Liability Period.Collaborate with Project and other departments on Monitoring & Control solutions.Develop a training plan for technician grading and development.Implement and execute plans with the local Sales and Service organization.Drive cost-saving initiatives and achieve margin goals in coordination with local Sales Management.Meet customer service level requirements to boost service sales.Track service utilization and efficiency.Ensure timely and efficient service response to customer needs.Handle repair and service work orders for pumps.Process service and repair quotations and allocate jobs for repair or emergency service.Provide timely and accurate advice and support on workshop and product-related issues.Perform additional duties as needed to support branch operations.
