Handle export documentation that comply with the shipping declaration requirementCoordinate and liaise with planning, production and logistics departments on stock planning and shipping arrangementsEnsure export shipments are arranged on timePrepare monthly sales report and follow up on customer's salesHandle customer's inquiries and complaints skills & experience Tertiary educationMinimum 3-4 years experience in exportKnowledge on export and import tariff are added advantageGreat communication skillsskills no additional skills required
