Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to department head and team members, including managing correspondences and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication and collaborations in order to facilitate effective information flows.
  • Prepare, file, and organize documents and reports.
  • Ensure documents and data are accessible and up to date.
  • Assist with data management, including tracking progress, compiling data, and preparing presentations as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on pending matters.
  • Perform general office duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or a related discipline.
