- Coordinate inter-departmental communication and collaborations in order to facilitate effective information flows.
- Prepare, file, and organize documents and reports.
- Ensure documents and data are accessible and up to date.
- Assist with data management, including tracking progress, compiling data, and preparing presentations as needed.
- Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on pending matters.
- Perform general office duties as required.
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or a related discipline.
