Account Cum Admin Executive

Responsible to liaise with external auditor and tax agent on annual financial reportsResponsible to liaise with bank and government agencies on issues related to account and administrationResponsible to prepare financial reports periodically in relation to cash flow management, sales revenues and expenses for managementResponsible to manage and process all employees' salary and payroll processingGeneral administration functions such as stationary, purchasing, maintenance of office premises and office equipment, cleanliness and securityTo provide support on other related general administration tasksAny other duties as and when assigned by superior
Preferably candidate possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Business Management, ACCA or equivalent with 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related fieldExperienced in managing and preparing a manufacturing based company's financial accountsGood interpersonal communication skill either in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
