Perform well and get an early releaseRoles & Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts, including overseeing accounts payable, receivable, ledger function, and preparing monthly financial statements.
Prepare invoices & delivery orders and submit payments in a timely manner.
Assist in the budgeting process and prepare income & expenses analysisAssist with the annual audit, tax computation, and tax filing.
Filing of accounting documents on a monthly basis.General data entry and administration work.
Company registrations.
Ad-hoc tasks as required by the superior.
Requirements:
Must possess an SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Business/Accounting/Finance.
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Must possess a minimum of 1-year hands-on experience with SQL Accounting Software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Good command of both spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Conscious of timelines and deadlines related to accounting matters.
Able to start work in a short period.
