Additional AbilityAs a management representative, you will identify the need for more employees and participate in the recruitment of new staff members.

After recruitment, you will train the new staff concerning the organization's policies, equipment and procedures. Good orientation and training sessions for new employees help them adapt quickly to their new work environment.

Quality management representative qualifications include certification in ISO 9001 and other standards procedures, and you might also be responsible for training employees regarding these procedures.

ISO 9001 is a quality-management system that outlines processes and policies that businesses undertake to meet the needs of their customers and stakeholders, reports the International Organization for Standardization which establishes international quality standards Management LiaisonLiaison between staff and the top management.

Fulfill this role by scheduling meetings with the upper management to review subjects such as the performance of various members of the company.

Before the management review, consolidate all the relevant reports, develop the agenda for the meeting. Oversee Internal AuditsManagement representatives plan, arrange and undertake internal audits within their organizations.

As a representative, you ensure that the audit exercise happens in line with the requirements of the ISO 9001/IATF 16949 that relate to management review and internal audits.

After a successful internal audit exercise, you invite external auditors from reputable assessment agencies, who are the final hurdle before your organization can acquire ISO 9001 certification.

Furthermore, the process of conducting regular management reviews and internal audits falls squarely on you, and you should carry out this exercise on a schedule ResponsibilityPromote customer requirements.

...Responsible for developing the Quality strategy, policies, processes, standards and systems for the Company and its supply chain to operate within.

This may include auditing to ensure compliance although this may be carried out by a third party accredited body.

Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the requiredindustry standards (including:
IATF 16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001 / OHAS 18001), accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures.

Manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised against certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.

Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
Lead the team to achieve quality management system targets for customers and business goals.
Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met.
Liaise with external bodies on all matters relating to registration.

Maintain and improve, in line with business needsImplement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodiesEnsure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and auditsIntroduce new systems and procedures where appropriateTrain others in all aspects of the quality system and application of proceduresUndertake regular internal and process audits of the QMSEnsure corrective actions are undertaken to address non conformities foundVerify closure of nonconformities with Certification BodiesManage the audit nonconformity data baseProvide detailed analysis of nonconformitiesEnsure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (IATF 16949/ISO9001)Undertake continuous training and developmentDevelop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibilitySet department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reportsEnsure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reportingReport on achievement of targets and identify any actions requiredEnsure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitorsConduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the departmentMotivate and coach the team to operational successReview, implement and update company records e.g.

training matrices, performance reviews, risk assessmentsCommunicate KPIs from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is awareManage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements

Minimum Qualifications / Working Experience :More than 5 years previous manufacturing experience with same or related field leadership role a plus, orMinimun Diploma / Degree ,Ba/BS in Business, Management or Engineering or related field a plus, orGood knowledge of maintaining ISO9001:2015 or other Quality Standard are advantage etc.
