Job Summary Support the Sales/Branch Manager in driving sales efforts, directly manage revenue generation for designated geographical areas, and meet established targets for all core products: AI, SI, SE, AE, and WM.
Key Responsibilities Identify customers in the assigned territory for Sea/Ocean and Air imports and exports. Meet with customers and finalize deals. Regularly meet and follow up with existing clients to retain business and build strong relationships. Achieve personal sales targets. Develop new clients, make cold calls, and service existing clients. Ensure invoices are accurately raised and submitted on time. Prepare and send quotations through Customer Service/Sales Coordinator. Follow up on quotations to close deals, and provide reasons for any lost business. Ensure timely collection of payments for the accounts department. Submit weekly call notes, client profiles, and sales reports in the e-freight suite package.Key Metrics (KPI's)Achieve agreed GP budget Meet weekly/monthly sales calls and leads targets Acquire new customers Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments Freight forwarding and sales role requiring at least 2 years of experience, with a strong background in pure sales focused on acquiring new business (hunter role).
