Job Description

You will be responsible for building great customer experiences, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales through your team. You will analyze sales information, work with the store manager to maximize sales performance, and lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.

  • Offer customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience
  • Analyze selling information and work with the store manager to maximize sales performance

  • Support recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters
  • Assist the Store Manager in identifying future talents and developing development plans
  • Oversee store operations
  • Be a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for customers

Requirements
