As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for driving the company's talent management and learning & development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct talent identification and profiling to identify high-potential employees.
- Develop and implement career pathways for high-potential talent to support talent management efforts.
- Conduct training needs analysis to close employee competency gaps and manage future development needs.
- Develop and deliver end-to-end learning & development programs, including sourcing training providers and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Provide support to employees and respond to queries relating to training and development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Learning and Talent Development with HR operations experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience using HRDF system.
- Minimum 1 year experience using HR systems such as SAP and Workday with experience using Workday for Talent & Learning modules.
- Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and technical soundness in information systems.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in talent management and learning & development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
