Sime Darby Berhad, a leading conglomerate, seeks a seasoned professional to lead its Talent & Development function.

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for driving the company's talent management and learning & development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct talent identification and profiling to identify high-potential employees.
  • Develop and implement career pathways for high-potential talent to support talent management efforts.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to close employee competency gaps and manage future development needs.
  • Develop and deliver end-to-end learning & development programs, including sourcing training providers and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Provide support to employees and respond to queries relating to training and development.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Learning and Talent Development with HR operations experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience using HRDF system.
  • Minimum 1 year experience using HR systems such as SAP and Workday with experience using Workday for Talent & Learning modules.
  • Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and technical soundness in information systems.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in talent management and learning & development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
