Job Description

Role Summary

The purpose of the role is to :

  • Deliver New Memberships and Retain Members for the academy.
  • Manage and ensure delivery of all EPS sport programs in a location.

Description

  • Execute sales campaign to maximise new member enrolments and retention of our current members.
  • Prospect for qualified leads and create traffic through social media posts, mailers, referrals, outreach etc.
  • Close leads to deliver new members to achieve and surpass monthly targets in lines with the company objectives.
  • Track monthly payments, follow up with clients and close out any outstanding payments.
  • Manage and ensure delivery of all sport programs in the club.
  • Your goal is to generate as many business opportunities as possible in the form of leads and contacts with a view to achieving sales targets.
Job Requirements
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proven track record of generating sales and working with clients.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Recognized for being proactive, self-starting, and taking initiative.
  • We are a developing business with tremendous opportunities for promotion to high positions.
  • Languages : English must be excellent; Mandarin & Bahasa an advantage.
  • Excellent sales commission packages.
  • There is a lot of room for advancement to senior positions.
  • A well-known sports academy with Gold Standard accreditation
