Malaysia ON2IT Sdn Bhd Full time

Role and Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential customers and distributors within the assigned territory.
Establish and maintain professional relationships, ensuring positive engagement at all times.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations effectively.
Present Gebme business opportunities and highlight the benefits of partnering with us.
Stay updated on market sentiment, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Provide timely market and product feedback as necessary.
Maintain updated sales activity reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Attend regular sales meetings on a weekly and monthly basis.
Achieve individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Collaborate closely with distributors for sales forecasting, generating sales, and conducting performance reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Assist new distributors in acquiring new accounts through presentations, demonstrations, and deployment support.
Work closely with the Pre-sales team to enhance product training, improve materials, and incorporate market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Hold at least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or IT.Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Preferably possess experience and knowledge in providing technology or equipment to the F&B and Retail sectors.
Advantageous to have existing connections in the industry.
Collaborative and open to constructive feedback for self-improvement.
Willingness to travel outstation when required.
Must have access to personal transportation.
Proficient in written and spoken English, with additional fluency in Bahasa or Chinese considered an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome with a strong personality and the right attitude.

Possess at least 2 years of working experience in business development, particularly in selling products to the F&B and Retail sectors.
