We are seeking a Service Executive, Health to support the Service Delivery Leader in completing tasks and deliverables across multiple countries in Asia.

The Service Executive, Health will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Service Delivery Leader in completing tasks across Asia, including Hong Kong, India, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, China, Japan, and Thailand.
  • Managing all projects, tasks, and deliverables assigned.
  • Providing leadership expertise to project and delivery teams within the Asia region.
  • Maintaining, reviewing, and updating standard target operating models to ensure they are strong and robust.
  • Maintaining, reviewing, and updating propositions models, including technology offerings.
  • Ensuring Asia regional goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Helping set, communicate, and monitor business service delivery strategy.
  • Identifying and supporting process improvements and best practices.
  • Ensuring and reporting on improving quality, efficiency gains, and competitiveness.
  • Managing, creating, and reporting on project and service delivery objectives and targets.
  • Acting as an escalation contact point for issues and other items as needed.
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues to assess and develop colleague and team productivity, efficiency, and performance.
  • Collaborating with teams and partners to engage and build trust.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or university degree in IT, finance, or business-related field.
  • Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2) desirable.

Experience:

  • Experience in business analyst, project manager, senior consultant, account, or service executive role.
  • Experience in Health Solutions, Group Insurance, Digital Benefits, or Digital Insurance domain an advantage.
  • Experience in creating and delivering initiatives for growth and/or efficiency improvement gains.

Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Health Solutions, Group Insurance, Digital Benefits, employee benefits products, and/or implementation processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage fluid deliverables, and meet project deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve business problems, make recommendations, and/or proposals.
  • Strong communication skills, influencing, and negotiating skills with confidence at all seniority levels.
  • Ability to anticipate risks/issues and take mitigative actions.
  • Results-driven and able to take accountability for results.
  • Exceptional business and client management, vendor management, and consultant experience.
  • Ability to adjust behavior to suit a wide range of cultures and environments.
  • Excellent planning, project management, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and data skills, including ability to prepare detailed reports.
  • Collaborative, team player with willingness to assist the team where necessary.
