Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues, as well as improve processes to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Manage and optimize consignment stock allocation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the Finance Department for procurement, and oversee regular stock checks and reconciliation.
  • Handle annual audits related to inventory and stock management.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements in inventory and stock management.

Process Improvement and Problem-Solving:

  • Recognize process bottlenecks, propose solutions for enhancements, and implement them promptly.
  • Work with various teams to address problems in inventory, stock management, and logistics, and implement effective solutions.
  • Take the lead on projects focusing on automation and system improvement in inventory and stock management.

Team Leadership and Performance Management:

  • Supervise the business support team, promoting efficiency and team competency.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations.

Coordination and Reporting:

  • Manage E-Perolehan (EP) coordination and ensure team competence in this area.
  • Maintain detailed records, produce reports, and create presentations for management.
  • Oversee office and facilities management tasks.

Office and Facilities Management:

  • Manage office and facilities tasks efficiently.
  • Engage with external IT consultants for office IT-related matters.
  • Participate in assigned ad-hoc projects and other required duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Understanding of distribution and logistics principles.
  • Interest in innovative technologies, particularly automation software.
  • Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, stock control, and logistics operations.
  • Strong leadership qualities to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior exposure to project management and process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
