About the Role:

  • The Professional Services Consultant is a key member of our consulting group, responsible for delivering customizable solutions and providing support to our end-user customers and partners.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert, the Professional Services Consultant handles the configuration and customization of all products for our Partners and End Users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Lead requirements gathering, functional design, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, installation, and training.
  • Execute technical configurations necessary for solution deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure successful implementation.
  • Proactively identify and address project issues and risks.
  • Work in tandem with the project manager to maintain project schedules and budgets.

The role also involves providing technical support via phone, web, and email to resolve customer issues effectively.

Tech Stack:

  • Operating Systems: Windows (Desktop, Server), Linux
  • Database: SQL-Server, Oracle, DB2
  • Web Application Server: Tomcat, Web Sphere
  • Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tech consultation.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
  • Availability for on-call duties, including weekends when necessary.
