Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage, motivate, and provide training to kitchen staff
  • Oversee menu management, research, and development
  • Ensure high standards of food presentation and decorative displays
  • Handle suppliers, minimize ordering costs, and manage inventory efficiently
  • Ensure quality food production while adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Plan and oversee the deployment of kitchen personnel
  • Maintain and protect kitchen assets and equipment according to operational standards
  • Implement innovative ideas and collaborate with management

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Flexible availability including overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in Japanese Omakase is preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Experience in team management is a plus
