We are looking several chefs who are professional, and responsible chef specialize in Yakiniku, Sushi, and Teppanyaki. -Also looking for Assistant Sous Chef. -Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs -Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner. -Monitor customer satisfaction & resolve customer problems and concerns -Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies. -Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food -preparation, and dish plating. -Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards. -Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations. -Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.

Awagyu Restaurant is the first restaurant in Malaysia to serve all parts of Awagyu beef (whole cattle) whereas the majority of other restaurants are serving only the general parts such as sirloin and steak. You will be able to enjoy wagyu beef of all textures and flavors prepared by our experienced chefs. Our expert chefs will prepare creative dishes live in front of you, making it a unique dining experience. We ensure that our wagyu calves are registered with a birth certificate and are Halal certified by MPJA, so everyone can safely indulge in our wagyu offerings. Moreover, Waichi has won multiple championships at various Wagyu rallies and research conferences, including the 35th Kyushu-Shikoku Branch Meat Research Conference in 2021.
