Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate in Johor Bahru, Johor.

This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account inquiries
  • Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to assess and address customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines for customer interactionsRequirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
