Develop a proactive investment promotion strategy that utilizes the company's brand and reputation to effectively attract and retain customer resources, both locally and internationally.Actively engage with customers from regions including China, Taiwan, and Singapore, among others, introducing them to the investment opportunities offered by our developments. Methodically document customer interactions to maintain a comprehensive record.Monitor and maintain ongoing communication with customers, meticulously registering and managing their information. Proactively address project-related issues and facilitate seamless contract signings with the company.Regularly compile well-researched reports on industrial real estate trends, providing valuable market insights that support key decision-making processes within the company.Foster extensive networks with industry firms, associations, and intermediaries to broaden marketing outreach and strengthen market presence.Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance construction standards and align product offerings with market demands.Oversee customer information management, conduct thorough market and product research, and coordinate strategic marketing initiatives in accordance with departmental objectives at every stage of the process. skills and requirements
  1. Holds a degree in real estate, sales, marketing, or a related field, or possesses equivalent qualifications that demonstrate a solid foundation in these areas.
  2. 3 years of proven experience in sales, with a distinct advantage in B2B contexts, showcasing a track record of success and achievement.
  3. Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset, equipped with robust negotiation skills that consistently deliver positive outcomes in challenging business environments.
  4. Known for being a team player, adept at fostering productive working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment.
