About the Role

  • Provide technical solutions to on-site machine issues raised by customers
  • Install and set up equipment and retrofit kits at customer sites, including vision systems, test contacting, and interfacing with other sub-systems
  • Perform acceptance protocols and provide equipment operation and basic maintenance training to customers
  • Report on activity, special problems, or technical shortcomings that may affect job performance
  • Collaborate with other technical staff to visit clients, organize after-sale services, and analyze customer needs
  • Update project issues in Oracle/QI and follow up with the factory to resolve them within committed dates
  • Coordinate installation and setup schedule plans with customers
  • Take ownership and accountability for customer management, resolving issues during on-site support, and reducing customer complaints
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal staff, prioritizing and fulfilling customer expectations
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in micro-mechanics or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of electronics and mechanical systems
  • Strong background in mechanical or electro-mechanical fields
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
